On 10 July 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 31st meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:     

  1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on marketing, informative prospectus and other information for members of voluntary pension funds
  2. Decision granting approval to the company CGS društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za poslovno savjetovanje, with its registered office in Zagreb, Miramarska 24, OIB: 61903164619, to directly acquire a qualifying holding in the company CGS Capital d.o.o. za osnivanje i upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Miramarska 24, OIB: 28282983081, representing a share of 100% in the share capital and voting rights of that Company; and approval to Igor Noršić and Ivan Lozić, as persons acting in concert, to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in the Company, jointly representing a share of 100% in the share capital and voting rights of the Company, and individually to Igor Noršić representing a share of 90% in the share capital and voting rights and to Ivan Lozić representing a share of 10% in the share capital and voting Rights
  3. Decision granting authorisation to Krešimir Arapović to perform the function of a member of the management board of the leasing company AGRAM LEASING d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Remetinečka cesta 98, OIB: 48922277230, for the term of four (4) years
  4. Decision granting authorisation to Gordana Martinović to perform the function of a member of the management board of the leasing company UniCredit Leasing Croatia d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Damira Tomljanovića Gavrana 17, OIB: 18736141210, for the term lasting until 15 February 2022
  5. Decision revoking the authorisation to conduct leasing operations issued to the company SCRAP Leasing d.o.o. u likvidaciji, Zagreb, Draškovićeva 54, OIB: 30069323966, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: AP/I-451-01/07-02/83; REGNO: 326-114-08-07 of 28 February 2008
  6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Ivana Giljanović and Ljubo Salečić, founders of the insurance representation craft Korkyra, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Ivana Giljanović and Ljubo Salečić, Split, Pujanke 24/2
  7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Sanja Špoljar, founder of the insurance representation craft OPTIMUM GRUPA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Sanja Špoljar, Jastrebarsko, Dr. Franje Tuđmana 13
  8. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 15 September 2017 to Igor Kužatko, owner of the insurance representation craft I.K., OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, owned by IGOR KUŽATKO, ZAGREB, I. PETRUŠEVEC III.ODVOJAK 33, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: AP/I 974-03/17-01/106, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-17-4, ceased to be valid on 1 June 2020
