On 27 August 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 27th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on mandatory pension funds’ annual, quarterly and other reports
  2. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on voluntary pension funds’ annual, quarterly and other reports
  3. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the structure and contents of UCITS’ annual, semi-annual and other reports
  4. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the structure and contents of alternative investment funds’ annual, semi-annual and other reports
  5. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the structure and contents of financial statements and additional reports of insurance companies and reinsurance companies
  6. Ordinance on the contents of the application and documents for granting authorisation to the stock exchange
  7. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on requirements for offering pension schemes within the voluntary pension insurance based on individual capitalised savings
  8. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on capital adequacy of pension insurance companies
  9. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the structure and contents of financial statements and additional reports of pension insurance companies
  10. Decision granting approval to the UCITS management company Raiffeisen Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, personal identification number (OIB): 81769224349, to establish and manage Raiffeisen Sustainable Mix feeder open-ended investment fund with public offering. The approval covers the approval of the Fund Rules and the approval to appoint Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Magazinska cesta 69, personal identification number (OIB): 53056966535 as the depositary of the fund
  11. Decision granting authorisation to Edvard Ribarić, founder of the insurance brokerage craft ADRIA TRADE RISK, obrt za brokerske poslove u osiguranju, Edvard Ribarić, Zagreb, Dugoselska 12, to carry out insurance distribution activities
  12. Decision granting authorisation to Mia Diraka Vlačić, founder of the insurance representation craft EURO INVEST, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Mia Diraka Vlačić, Pula, Kochova 7, to carry out insurance distribution activities
  13. Decision determining that on 14 March 2020 the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 15 March 2007 to the insurance brokerage company Kod Sigurnosti d.o.o. za brokerske poslove u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb, Istarska 30, personal identification number (OIB): 75923117474, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-02/07-37/28, REG.NO.: 326-112-07-2, ceased to be valid
  14. Decision determining that on 30 June 2020 the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 14 December 2006 to Darko Čolaković, founder of the insurance representation craft CRO Chole, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Darko Čolaković, Vinkovci, Vladimira Nazora 13, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-06/06-03/127, ceased to be valid
  15. Decision determining that on 30 June 2020 the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 17 February 2017 to Ivo Sulje, founder of the insurance representation craft Agencija-Oskar, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Ivo Sulje, Šibenik, Bana J. Jelačića 72, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/17-01/16, REG.NO.: 326-01-660-663-17-2 ceased to be valid
