On 27 January 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 3rd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:
- Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the fit and proper requirements for insurance distributors and reinsurance distributors and their entry in the register
- Guidelines on the scrutiny and approval of the prospectus and on the fulfilment of other obligations relating to the public offering and admission of securities to the regulated market
- Technical instruction on the preparation and electronic submission of an application for the approval of the prospectus relating to the public offering and submission of securities to the regulated market
- Technical instruction for entities obliged to submit regulated information to the Officially Appointed Mechanism of Regulated Information and to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency
- Decision granting approval to Ivan Kurtović to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the asset management company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Masarykova 1, personal identification number (OIB): 59300096187, for a term of office lasting for 5 (five) years, from 27 February 2021 to 27 February 2026
- Decision granting approval to Dubravko Orlovac to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company BKS – leasing Croatia d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, personal identification number (OIB): 52277663197, for the term of office lasting for one (1) year, running as of the day of his appointment
- Decision granting approval to Lejla Hasanbegović to perform the function of a member of the management board of the leasing company BKS – leasing Croatia d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, personal identification number (OIB): 52277663197, for the term of office lasting for one (1) year, running as of the day of her appointment
- Decision granting approval to Klaus Scheitegel for the position of member of the Supervisory Board of the company GRAWE Hrvatska d.d., Ulica grada Vukovara 5, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 28406115764, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years, running as of 21 March 2021
- Decision granting approval to Vjeran Zadro to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the insurance company EUROHERC osiguranje d.d., Ulica grada Vukovara 282, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 22694857747, for a term of office lasting for 5 (five) years
- Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 30 October 2018 to Iva Anušić Frketić, founder of the insurance representation craft KAPITAL, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by IVA ANUŠIĆ FRKETIĆ, ZAGREB, ULICA VIDA DOŠENA 44, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/18-01/99, REG.NO.: 326-01-660-663-18-3, ceased to be valid on 11 September 2020
- Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 14 December 2006 to Dragica Pušćak, founder of the insurance representation craft “DP-JASKA”- AGENCIJA ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, owned by Dragica Pušćak, Jastrebarsko, Braće Kazić 7/1, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-06/06-03/39, ceased to be valid on 31 January 2021
- Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Vedran Golubić, founder of the insurance representation craft VG Zastupanje, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Vedran Golubić, Velika Gorica, Nikole Tesle 79
- Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance and reinsurance distribution business to the pre-company Crown Invest d.o.o. za brokerske poslove u osiguranju i reosiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb
- Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Goran Kučinić, founder of the insurance representation craft MyOffice, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Goran Kučinić, Ivanić-Grad, Savska ulica 7
- Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 14 July 2017 to Marina Šverko, founder of the insurance representation craft REDAN zastupanje, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Marina Šverko, Krapina, Velika Ves 2a, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/17-01/86, REG.NO.: 326-01-660-663-17-4, ceased to be valid on 31 March 2020
- Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 14 July 2017 to Damir Novina, founder of the insurance representation craft REDAN zastupanje, zajednički obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Marina Šverko and Damir Novina, Krapina, Velika Ves 2a, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/17-01/86, REG.NO.: 326-01-660-663-17-4, ceased to be valid on 2 January 2020
- Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 28 April 2017 to Miroslav Puljar, founder of the insurance representation craft MP, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Miroslav Puljar, Karlovac, Žumberačka 82, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/17-01/56, REG.NO.: 326-01-660-663-17-4, ceased to be valid on 30 November 2020
