On 3 December 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 50th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:
- Ordinance on the requirements for issuing authorisation to acquire a qualifying holding in insurance companies or reinsurance companies
- Ordinance on the criteria for assessing requirements for membership of the management and supervisory board of UCITS management companies
- Ordinance on the issuance of authorisation to and on the acquisition of qualifying holdings in UCITS management companies
- Ordinance on the issuance of authorisation to AIFMs
- Ordinance on the criteria for assessing requirements for membership of the management and supervisory board of an AIFM and for membership of the supervisory board of a closed-ended AIF with an external manager
- Technical instruction for using the system for keeping registers and for training records of insurance and reinsurance distributors
- Decision granting approval to the company CIAK Grupa d.d. za upravljanje društvima, Zagreb, Savska Opatovina 36, personal identification number (OIB): 28466564680, for a single prospectus relating to the issuance of a maximum of 7,218,825 new registered dematerialised ordinary shares without a nominal value through a public offering, and relating to the admission to trading on the regulated market of the new shares and the existing 13,406,390 registered dematerialised ordinary shares without a nominal value
- Decision granting approval to Ivan Glavaš for the position of member of the Management Board of the alternative investment fund management company GRIFFON ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Osijek, Šetalište Petra Preradovića 3, personal identification number (OIB): 24139029403, for a term of office lasting for 5 (five) years, running as of the day of the appointment
- Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the company ICF CROATIA d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb, Badalićeva 26C
- Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company CROATIA Ekskluziv d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb
- Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Eduard Bakran, founder of the insurance representation craft CRO AGENT EDUARD BAKRAN, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Eduard Bakran, Zagreb, Tome Matića 18
- Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Martina Šandula, founder of the insurance representation craft Supero, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Martina Šandula, Zagreb, Lanište 14B
