The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that it has imposed a fine of EUR 2,800.00 by means of a penal order against Amundi Austria GmbH as a legal person for a breach of notification obligations towards the FMA pursuant to Article 151 no. 3a of the Investment Funds Act 2011 (InvFG 2011; Investmentfondsgesetz 2011) in relation to a change in personnel of a member of the supervisory board.

The penal order is final.
