Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 77-78 (2213-2214) of 1 October 2020 has been released.

The issue publishes Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 5523-U, dated 3 August 2020, ‘On Forms, Timeframe and Procedure for Compiling and Submitting Microfinance and Microcredit Companies’ Statements to the Bank of Russia; Procedure and Timeframe for Microfinance Companies to Submit Auditors’ Reports on Annual Accounting (Financial) Statements to the Bank of Russia; Procedure and Timeframe for Microfinance Companies to Disclose Accounting (Financial) Statements and Auditors’ Reports Thereon’ (becomes effective on 1 April 2021; posted on the Bank of Russia website on 16.09.2020).
