This notice is to make the general public aware that ECTS Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the cancellation of the authorisation which was issued to the company to act as a Trustee or Co-Trustee to provide fiduciary services in terms of the Trust and Trustees Act. The MFSA has accepted the cancellation of such authorisation. This cancellation is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25 June 2020, the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
