This notice is to make the general public aware that IURIS Management Limited requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the cancellation of the registration which was issued to it to act as a company service provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act, 2013. The MFSA has accepted the cancellation of such registration. This cancellation is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 3 June 2020, the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
