This notice is to make the general public aware that Mr James Dunbar Cousin requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the cancellation of the registration which was issued to him to act as a company service provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act, 2013. The MFSA has accepted the cancellation of such registration. This cancellation is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 4 December 2020 Mr Dunbar Cousin ceased to be registered by the MFSA in terms of the Company Service Providers Act, 2013.
