Cancellation of Registration by Scordis, Papapetrou & Co Consultants Limited – MFSA

This notice is to make the general public aware that Scordis, Papapetrou & Co Consultants Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the cancellation of the registration which was issued to the Company to act as a company service provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act, 2013. The MFSA has accepted the cancellation of such registration.  This cancellation is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 22 April 2020 the Company ceased to be registered by the MFSA.
