Cancellation of Registration of Kylin Prime Corporate Services Limited – MFSA

This notice is to make the general public aware that Kylin Prime Corporate Services Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the cancellation of the registration which was issued to the company to act as Company Service Provider in terms of the Company Service Providers Act, 2013. The MFSA has accepted the cancellation of such registration. This cancellation is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 26 June 2020, the Company ceased to be registered by the MFSA.
