The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “Commission") announces the following office closures to observe the upcoming holidays: Asia Representative Office: Closed on 19 May (Birthday of the Buddha) BVI Physical Offices: Closed on 24 May (Whit Monday). Submission of Prudential and AML/CFT Returns Reminder & VIRRGIN Transaction Statements

The BVI Financial Services Commission (the "Commission”) is reminding licensees that the submission date for the new returns for the calendar year 2020 is 15 May 2021.  ALL Prudential and AML/CFT returns are to be submitted electronically using the Excel spreadsheet forms available here on the Commission's website. Licensees are advised not to complete and submit hard or PDF copies of the returns as these will NOT be accepted as being properly filed.
