CFTC to Hold an Open Commission Meeting on February 15

— Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Rostin Behnam today announced the Commission will hold an open meeting on Wednesday, February 15 at 9:00 a.m. (ET). The meeting will be held virtually.

The Commission will consider the following:

  • Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) on Risk Management Program Regulations for Swap Dealers, Major Swap Participants, and Futures Commission Merchants
  • Order Designating the Unique Product Identifier and Product Classification System to be Used in Recordkeeping and Swap Data Reporting

Members of the public may access a live feed via streaming or phone. The live feed will be streamed at www.cftc.gov. Persons requiring special accommodations to access the virtual meeting because of disabilities should email [email protected].
