CMF alerts investors and the general public about an entity called “2Invest”

Within its mandate of safeguarding public interest and the trust of market participants, the Financial Market Commission (CMF) informs investors and the general public that the firm called “2Invest” is not among the entities it supervises.

Responding to press inquiries, the CMF states that “2Invest” is not authorized to provide securities intermediation services in Chile, according to Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market.

A special alerts page on the Commission’s website is available for investors, policyholders, and banking customers. Interested parties can check there whether a company or person offering financial products or services is supervised by the CMF, review alerts made by the CMF and other foreign regulators about unregulated entities or activities, and other important advice for the protection of investors, policyholders and financial customers.
