Pursuant to Articles 213(2)(b), 214 and 215(2) of the Portuguese Securities Code, the CMVM’s Management Board has extended the trading suspension of Sociedade Comercial Orey Antunes, SA shares, following the issuer’s failure to disclose financial periodic information in a timely fashion.

This extension of the trading suspension is effective as of 8 February of 2021.
