Two first types of requests
The CSSF would like to communicate that the reception and processing of a series of requests will be progressively digitised via a new eDesk module within the CSSF eDesk portal.
Two types of requests are concerned:
- requests submitted at the initiative of the interested parties
- requests to be submitted following a specific demand initiated by the CSSF via email (ad hoc basis)
As of 8 December 2020, two requests will be in scope of the new eDesk module:
- Circular CSSF 15/612: Information to be submitted in relation to unregulated AIFs (established in Luxembourg, in another EU Member State or in a third country) and/or regulated AIFs established in a third country. Concerned entities: Luxembourg AIFMs
- Submission of information related to AML supervisory measures (ad hoc and initiated by the CSSF). Concerned entities: All IFMs (including Luxembourg branches), SIAG, FIAAG and internally managed non-AIFs
Please note that, as of 8 December 2020, the only possible channel to submit these two requests will be eDesk.
Other types of requests to be submitted will follow, which will be announced via a separate press release in due course.
All information related to the creation of user account(s) is detailed in the lower section of the eDesk portal homepage.
