Consultation on proposals to recover Resolution Authority administrative expenses from the banking industry

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority, in its capacity as the Resolution Authority for the Island, has today issued a consultation paper on a proposal to fund the administrative expenses of the Resolution Authority by means of an annual levy on the banking industry.

The consultation will be of particular interest to the Island’s banks and to their professional advisers.

The closing date for comments is 21 March 2021.
