Sending information to the CVM must occur in the new system and the change will start from 12/1/2020

From 12/1/2020, periodic and occasional information from Credit Rights Investment Funds (FIDCs) should be sent exclusively through the Fundo.NET system, also serving the provision of information to B3 – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão.

The Institutional Investor Relations Superintendence of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SIN / CVM) highlights that the first information that will be sent to the Municipality via the new system will be the Monthly Reports (competence of 11/30/2020). The period expires on 12/15/2020.

How to access Fundo.NET

The system must be accessed through the link: B3 will make available, by 11/6/2020, user and password data to the directors responsible for the FIDCs, so that they can log in to the system.

Stay tuned! B3 will also offer training on how to use the new system. Make your appointment, from 5/11, by phone (11) 2565-5064.
