The  Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) will hold tomorrow, Tuesday -feira ( 26 /10), at 15h,  trial session of the  Administrative Procedure Sanctioning  19957.011693 / 2017-41  (SP2 018/00420 , instituted  to determine  the responsibility of  Uniletra  Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários SA ,  Osman Mendes de Magalhães  and  Wender  Cunha de Paula  for deficiencies in the adoption and implementation, in the  referred brokerage , of internal procedures and controls  (infringement to article 3, caput ,  II, and to article 4, paragraph 5, I and II,  of  CVM Instruction 505 ).
