The Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) judged, on 2/15/2022, the Sanctioning Administrative Proceeding CVM SEI 19957.005011/2020-67 (RJ2020/04610) .

The process was initiated by the Securities Registration Superintendence (SRE) to determine the responsibility of Vista Azul Negócios Imobiliários Ltda. and Lucas Izoton Vieira for the public offering of hotel collective investment agreements (CIC) (condo-hotel), related to the hotel project called Vista Azul Residencial and Meeting Center (located in the municipality of Domingos Martins-ES), without obtaining prior registration with the CVM or its waiver (infringement of article 19, caput and §5, I, of Law 6,385, and articles 2 and 4 of CVM Instruction 400).
