According to the Superintendence of Market and Intermediary Relations (SMI), indications were identified that the companies KOI Global LLC, Ventura Group and Orotrader present themselves as responsible on the website www.orotrader.com , and sought to raise funds from investors residing in the Brazil for investments in securities. Determination
By means of the CVM Declaratory Act 19. 5 13 , the Autarchy determined the immediate suspension of broadcasting any public offering of securities intermediation services, directly or indirectly, due to the fact that the aforementioned companies do not integrate in the distribution system provided for in art. 15 of Law 6,385/76.
If it does not adopt the CVM’s determination, those involved will be subject to a daily fine in the amount of R$ 1,000.00.
