Deadlines established for compiling and submitting reports by specialised depositories and management companies in 2020

The Bank of Russia Board of Directors made the following decisions on establishing deadlines for compiling and submitting reports by specialised depositories and management companies in 2020:

1. Until and including 31 December 2020, management companies of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds may compile reports in accordance with Reporting Form 0420502 ‘Information on net asset value including the value of assets (property) of the stock (share) investment fund’, established by Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 4715-U, dated 8 February 2018, with respect to unit investment funds whose units are intended only for qualified investors as of the last day of quarter and submit such reports to the Bank of Russia within 10 business days of the specified reporting date.

2. Until and including 31 December 2020, specialised depositories may compile reports in accordance with Reporting Form 0420872 ‘Report on net asset value including the value of assets (property) of the unit investment fund’, established by Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 4777-U, dated 19 April 2018, with respect to unit investment funds whose units are intended only for qualified investors as of the last day of month and submit such reports to the Bank of Russia within three business days of the specified reporting date.
