The deadline for the annual return is 1 November, please ensure you log onto the portal (www.iomdnfbp.co.im) and submit your return prior to this deadline. Please refer to the Designated Business Annual Return Guidance document to assist in completing the return.
Any late submissions will be issued a civil penalty in line with the below table and the Designated Business (Civil Penalties) Order 2015.
Please note, any Designated Business overseen by the Authority will also have been issued an invoice to pay their annual fee. Please ensure this is paid no later than 1 November to avoid a civil penalty for late payment. If you are overseen for compliance by a professional body any oversight fee is payable to the delegated professional body and you should contact them should you have any questions.
Any currently registered Designated Business not in receipt of the Authority’s recent email communications in relation to the annual return and annual fee ensure that your primary contact details on the DNFBP portal are up to date.
