The National Securities Commission (CNV) reported today the preliminary hearings set in summary proceedings are suspended, by virtue of the prolongation of the social, preventive and mandatory isolation provided in the face of the health emergency.

“The preliminary hearings set in summary proceedings, whose date is within the period of validity of Decree No. 298/2020 and its extensions, will be automatically suspended without the need for a particular communication about it,” said the agency.

In due course, when the calculation of the deadlines is resumed, the interested parties “will be informed by issuing a new administrative act issued in the corresponding actions of the new date for its celebration,” he added.
