On 14 October 2020, the European Banking Authority (EBA) launched a consultation on the revision of the Guidelines on major incident reporting (EBA/CP/2020/22).

The consultation runs until 14 December 2020.

The draft Guidelines are available on the EBA’s website, together with more detailed instructions on the submission of responses.
