The Authority would like to inform the public that FMG Investment Holdings Ltd trading as ClearSpring Capital (https://clearspringcapital.com/) is NOT a Maltese registered company NOR is it authorised to provide any financial services in or from Malta. Additionally, https://clearspringcapital.com/ has NO association with FMG (Malta) LTD.
The website https://clearspringcapital.com/ appears to be a clone of the website of the legitimate entity and the public should therefore refrain from undertaking any business or transactions with the false entity.
