FRA announces the resignation of Mr. Mohammed Abdel Salam, Chairman & Managing Director of Misr for Central Clearing, Depository & Registry (MCDR).  Mr. Mohammed Abdel Salam submits his resignation  to Dr. Mohammed Omran, FRA’s chairman starting from the end of the MCDR’s General Assembly which is scheduled to be held on the 18th of next May.

On the other hand, Dr. Mohammed Omran clarifies that FRA’s Board of Directors is to apply the decision of separating the position of the Chairman from that of the Managing Director or CEO of the MCDR  in the first coming elections and defining a maximum number of periods in which the Chairman or the appointed members will remain on Board.
