FRA’s 5-a-Side team won Ramadan cup 5-a-side tournament after playing with a number of insurance companies operating in the Egyptian market and after beating the football team of Misr Insurance Company in the last match.
The Authority seeks to re-activate sports activity among its employees and integrate it with the activity of the employees operating in non-banking financial activities to send continuous messages to the investors that non-banking financial sector is an integrated sector that supports sports activities and invests through its manpower which has positive energies.
During attending the final match of Ramadan tournament which was held in one of the sports club in Elmokattam, Dr. Mohammed Omran – FRA’s Chairman confirmed that the human capital owned by any establishment is the real capital , adding that it is one of the most important competitive capabilities that creates a position and image of the regulator among units operating in non-banking financial markets and activities. He stressed that moral appreciation and attention helps to improve employees’ productivity in the long term. Judge Khaled Elnashar – FRA’s Deputy Chairman and leaders of the insurance companies participated in awarding the Cup of Excellence to the players and medals for the winning team.
FRA’s Chairman added that FRA is preparing to strengthen sports activity by inaugurating a health club at its headquarters in the Smart Village for its employees in a step to reinforce sense of belonging among employees and create a positive working environment.
