The Corporate Relations Superintendence (SEP) of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) reversed the suspension of the registration of Gramazon Granitos da Amazônia SA as an incentivized company , pursuant to art. 16 of CVM Resolution 10, due to the fact that the company has forwarded all the periodic information with delivery due date until the present date.

The suspension had taken place on 9/17/2021 , due to the non-compliance, for more than a year, with the obligation to provide information to the Municipality.
