BVI FSC Business Continuity Update: Contactless Services Resume

The BVI Financial Services Commission (“the Commission”) continues to issue notices regarding business operations and available services. 

HK Office
Our Asia Representative office remains closed. 

BVI Offices 
Our physical offices remain closed to the public with limited contactless services provided between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on the specified dates below. 

Registered Agents should note the following: 
Utilise our Contactless Certificate Collection Guidelines when collecting certificates from the Registry of Corporate Affairs on dates specified below: 
Certificate collection is available by appointment only; please call us on 284-541-3443 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Drop-box Facility – Replenishing of Deposit Accounts
Our drop-box facility service for cheque payments and deposit accounts is suspended until Wednesday 09 September 2020. All payments to the Commission (including payments necessitated by a Court Order) should be made using the general remittance advice provided here, until further notice.

Please refer all correspondence to the appropriate email address using an established contact or our division email contact list and continue to check the Commission’s website for updates on our business operations.
