BVI FSC Business Continuity Update: Adjusted Service Time for Certificate Collection
The BVI Financial Services Commission (“the Commission”) further adjusts certificate collection arrangements for our offices. Details below:
Until further notice, we will continue to make arrangements for the delivery of certificates to agents via courier. In-office processing of transactions continues daily from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Our physical offices remain closed to the public with limited contactless services provided between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.
Adjusted Certificate Collection Arrangements
Registered Agents should note that through Thursday 17 September 2020, certificate collection will now be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. by appointments only. There will be no collections on Fridays, as stated in our previous message. Appointments can be made by calling (284) 541 3443.
Remittances to the Commission
Through Wednesday 16 September 2020, acceptance of cheque payments for deposit accounts, and any other payments due (including those necessitated by a Court Order) to the Commission will resume via the drop-box facility at the Commission’s Administration building (18 Pasea Estate Road) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Cheques dropped off to replenish deposit accounts before 11:00 a.m. will be processed on the same day.
