The IDD inventory is a periodic report to the FSMA by the Belgian insurance companies and branches established in Belgium of foreign insurance companies. This inventory is an instrument used by the FSMA in its supervision of compliance with the rules that fall within its competence. The obligation to file such a report applies as from 30 September 2023.
