Our new fully digital Registry and myRegistry, our new customer account, launches today (6 January 2021).
The introduction of myRegistry makes it easier for you to manage your information with us.
It also coincides with new legislation recently passed by the Government of Jersey under the Financial Services (Disclosure and Provision of Information) (Jersey) Law 2020. This legislation helps Jersey comply with international standards and enhances Jersey’s position as international finance centre by providing a modern and fully online registry.
Phased launch
We are giving customers access to myRegistry in phases and by business type. While we roll out myRegistry, we are offering limited Registry services. For any time critical queries relating to existing Registry submissions, contact [email protected].
Trust company (TCB) and fund services businesses (FSB)
We have started contacting TCB and FSBs that logged time critical requests with us to get them set up on the system and run through how it works. All other TCB and FSBs will be contacted over the next few days to finalise registration.
If you haven’t already spoken about registration with our team, email [email protected].
Lawyers and accountants
Lawyers and accountants will be able to register for an account with myRegistry from 11 January. Find out what this means and how to prepare.

All other businesses
From next week, you will be able to set up your myRegistry account, but there is plenty of time to do this and from February onwards, we will work with businesses to support you with registering and using the new system.
Deadline for submitting your annual confirmation
The deadline for submitting your annual confirmation statement is 30 April 2021, so there is plenty of time to get up and running on myRegistry.
