September 14th, 2018.- With the purpose to keep strengthening the participation of the Commission for the Financial Market (CMF for initials in Spanish) in international regulatory forums, Ms. Rosario Celedón, Vice President of the Commission will take part in an international seminar organized by the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
The CMF Vice President Celedón will attend the IOSCO annual Conference of the Growth Emerging Markets Committee, between September 17th and 20th, 2018, in the Cayman Islands. The main subject of the conference will be the “Building of sustainable capital markets in the digital age“.
In the aforementioned meeting, Ms. Celedón will take part as a speaker in a session named “What are the challenges and the opportunities to build sustainable capital markets?” sharing the Chilean Market experience in this subject.
Ms. Rosario Celedón will also attend the meetings of the IARC (Inter-American Regional Committee), and the meetings of the COSRA (Council of Securities Regulators of the Americas), in which subjects related to Fintech, Sustainability, Capital Market Access for Small and Medium-Sized Companies, and regional incorporation initiatives will be addressed.
