MSC Issues
Temporary Exemption on Financial Statements

Winnipeg – MSC has issued Blanket Order
31-521 Temporary Exemption from Certain Financial
Statement and Information Delivery Requirements for Registrants and Unregistered
Capital Markets Participants, allowing registrants to make their required filings in Manitoba
on the same date they are filed with their principal regulator.

This order complements
Blanket Order 31-518, issued March 23, 2020.

The relief addresses difficulties stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic.
