New fees for limited partnership continuance

Please complete the required fields.

We have introduced new fees for businesses applying for eligible foreign limited partnerships to continue as a limited partnership in Jersey.

We have received positive feedback from Jersey Finance Limited and Jersey Funds Association about the new fees. This was in response to the week-long consultation we issued to meet the timescale of the Regulations, which were debated by the States of Jersey on 16 July 2020.

The new limited partnership continuance fee is £605 and is effective from today (20 July 2020).

We have published the feedback on the consultation, guidance on migrating a non-Jersey limited partnership, and information on how to submit an application.
