New Initiative by the ISA: “Dual Listing” of American and British Mutual Funds and their offer to the public in Israel.

Amendment to the Joint Investment in Trust Law that promotes the aforesaid initiative has been approved by the plenum of the ISA. The chairman, Mr. Moshe Tery said: “This is a big step toward the strategic goal of capital market improvement. We are constantly acting toward creating a legal infrastructure that will allow introduction of new financial instruments”.
