To improve information communications, the Bank of Russia continues to expand personal funds transfer statistics and releases information on detailed components of transfers of individuals between Russia and the CIS countries.
These data have been produced in accordance with the General Notes Relating to Personal Remittances.
The statistical data is published in section ‘Statistics’ — ‘Macroeconomic Financial Statistics’ — ‘External Sector Statistics’ — ‘Cross-border Transfers of Individuals’ on the Bank of Russia website. The first publication covers data for 2020 Q1-Q3. These data will be updated in line with the terms established by the Official Statistics Release Calendar.
