The Financial Services Commission has issued a Notice, declaring that Class A licensees pursuant to the Financing and Money Services Act, 2009, shall submit collected transaction levy to the Commission on a quarterly basis. A copy of the Notice can be found here on the Commission’s website.

Class A licensees are allowed until the 15 days after the end of each calendar quarter to submit the transaction levy, along with a transaction levy report.  For more information on submitting the transaction levy report, please click here.
