AXA Corporate Solutions Assurance S.A. with its registered office in rue Mstislav Rostropovitch, 75832 Paris Cedex 17, France, has transferred its entire non-life insurance portfolio by way of a merger to XL Insurance Company SE with its registered office at XL House, 8 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, Ireland effective from 31.12.2019. The Austrian branch AXA Corporate Solutions Austria, Niederlassung der AXA Corporate Solutions Assurance S.A., with its registered office at Singerstraße 8/4b, 1010 Vienna, is also affected by this portfolio transfer.
According to information received from the French supervisory authority, policies held by policyholders in Austria are also affected.
