Rothesay Life Plc with its registered office in The Post Building, 100 Museum Street, London, WC1A 1PB, UK, intends to transfer parts of its life insurance portfolio to Laguna Life DAC (which is due to shortly be renamed Monument Life Insurance DAC), with its registered office at Two Park Place, Upper Hatch Street, Dublin 2, D02 NP94, Ireland.

According to information received from the British supervisory authority, this may potentially include policies held by policyholders in Austria. Policyholders are reminded about the existence of a general termination right for insurance contracts pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the 2016 Insurance Supervision Act (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
