Registration was suspended for more than 12 months

CVM’s Superintendence of Corporate Relations (SEP) discloses the cancellation of official registration of the publicly-held company INNCORP SA.

SEP points out that, after the registration is canceled, the company cannot have the securities issued by it admitted to trading on regulated markets, namely: organized over-the-counter, stock exchange or non-organized over-the-counter.

The area also points out that the cancellation does not release the company, its controllers and administrators from the liability arising from any infractions previously committed.
