COLLECTION OF SHARES CERTIFICATES RECOVERED FROM ALLIANCE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LTD BY THE COMMISSION
This is to inform the Clients of Alliance Capital Management Ltd that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has in its custody 1,662 share certificates recovered from Alliance Capital Management Ltd.
In view of the above, the Clients whose names appear in the attached lists (see below) are hereby advised to visit the Commission’s Head Office or any of its Zonal Offices nearest to them to collect their certificates. The Collection period shall span from April 8, 2016 to July 8, 2016 which is exactly three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
Please be advised to go with proof of ownership and a valid means of identification such as international passport, driver’s license, national I.D card or permanent voter’s card.
