This notice is to make the general public aware that Amagis Capital Funds SICAV plc (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and in relation to its 2 sub-funds – Amagis Macro Multi Strategy Fund and Amagis Big Equity Vol Fund. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 09 June 2020, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
