This notice is to make the general public aware that Arrow SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme, and its only sub-fund, Trend Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 23 April 2020, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
