Surrender of Licence by Comino Umbrella Fund SICAV plc – MFSA

This notice is to make the general public aware that Comino Umbrella Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to Ulysses Equity Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 23 April 2020, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
