This notice is to make the general public aware that Entercash Limited (“the Institution”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its financial institutions licence. The MFSA has accepted the Institution’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 1 July 2020, the Institution ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
