This notice is to make the general public aware that Falcon Investment SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the Scheme and its remaining sub-funds – Merlin Secure Yielding Care Home Fund and Saker Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 29 April 2020, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
