Surrender of Licence by Golden Share Investments SICAV plc – MFSA

This notice is to make the general public aware that Golden Share Investments SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and to the Golden Share Multi Fund, the Golden Share Global Fund, the DH Toutatis Fund and the DH Apophis Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 10 November 2020, the Sub-Funds and the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
