Surrender of Licence by Mansard Capital SICAV plc – MFSA

This notice is to make the general public aware that Mansard Capital SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Sub-Fund, Global Diversified Alpha Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 15 July 2020, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
